If not, please provide your Tebex order number in a support ticket for manual verification.

Lifetime support remains available as long as you are an active member of our Discord community.

Each purchase grants a personal-use license for one FiveM server (QBCore or Qbox).

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

Violations may lead to:

  • Immediate license termination

  • CFX account report and potential ban

Refund Policy

Refunds are only considered under specific conditions — for example:

  • A verified technical malfunction, and

  • When our support team cannot resolve the issue within 7 days of purchase

🚫 No Refunds Will Be Issued For:

  • Purchasing the wrong item by mistake

  • Failing to read the script description or requirements before purchase

  • Compatibility issues caused by unsupported third-party edits or frameworks
