Description:
Add better vehicle balancing and realism to your server with TweekzScripts Vehicle Speed Control. This script allows server owners to manage vehicle top speeds through configurable vehicle classes, specific vehicle overrides, job-based speed limits, and zone-based speed limits. It is perfect for servers that want more control over vehicle performance, emergency vehicle balancing, city speed zones, highway limits, and realistic driving behavior.
Core Features:
Vehicle Speed Limiter: Control the maximum speed of vehicles on your server.
Vehicle Class Speed Limits: Set speed limits per vehicle class such as SS, S, A, B, C, D and more.
Vehicle Speed Overrides: Give specific vehicles their own custom speed limit.
Whitelisted Vehicles: Exclude staff, admin, event, or donor vehicles from speed limits.
Job-Based Speed Limits: Allow specific jobs such as police, ambulance, sheriff, or KMAR to have different speed limits.
On-Duty Job Support: Optionally require players to be on duty before job speed limits apply.
Zone-Based Speed Limits: Create custom speed zones with different limits for city areas, highways, event zones, or special locations.
Zone Job Speeds: Give certain jobs different speed limits inside specific zones.
Police / Job Alerts: Send alerts to configured jobs when players exceed the speed limit.
Discord Logs: Log speeding violations with player, vehicle, plate, speed, limit, job, zone, and coordinates.
Configurable Alert Cooldown: Prevent alert spam with cooldown settings.
Configurable Alert Tolerance: Decide how much over the limit a player must drive before alerts trigger.
Automatic QBCore / Qbox / ESX Detection: Automatically detects the framework your server uses.
Notification Support: Supports default, QBCore, ox_lib, and okokNotify notifications.
Handling File Support: Includes class-based handling files for vehicle balancing.
Fully Configurable: Speeds, classes, vehicles, jobs, zones, alerts, logs, notifications, and more can all be adjusted in the config.
Protected Tebex Resource: Delivered as a protected escrow resource.
Configuration:
The script is highly customizable to fit your server’s needs. You can easily modify the following in the config file:
General Settings: Change debug mode, framework detection, check interval, speed unit, driver-only behavior, and reset behavior.
Speed Unit: Choose between KM/H and MPH.
Notifications: Enable or disable notifications and select the notify system you want to use.
Whitelisted Vehicles: Add vehicles that should never be limited.
Vehicle Overrides: Set custom speed limits for specific vehicles.
Class Speed Limits: Configure speed limits for each vehicle class.
Vehicle Class Lists: Add vehicle spawn names to specific classes.
Job-Based Speeds: Configure custom speed limits for jobs and job vehicles.
Zone-Based Speeds: Create custom speed zones with radius, priority, speed, and job-specific speed options.
Discord Logs: Enable webhook logging for speeding violations.
Police / Job Alerts: Configure which jobs receive alerts, when alerts trigger, and cooldown settings.
Handling Files: Adjust or manage included handling meta files if needed.
